Releases, Updates, and Support
Standard release purchases entitle the purchaser to a specified release (e.g., R6) and subsequent updates to the release (e.g., R6.1), but does not entitle purchasor to subsequent, unspecified releases (e.g., R7).
Time-limited subscription entitlements include access and support for any currently supported release during the time period.
Biomatters provides email and phone based technical support to authorized users holding a valid entitlement for the most recent updates to the two most recent releases of the software. Biomatters may choose at its own discretion to offer support to users who do not have an active entitlement.
Biomatters Limited uses a third party payment processor – Kagi. Kagi's refund policy may be viewed at www.kagi.com/refundpolicy
. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase or subscription by submitting a Refund Request Form to firstname.lastname@example.org
. If Kagi receives a refund request, they will notify Biomatters Limited. Biomatters Limited reserves the right to rectify or resolve any reported problems within 14 days of notification, before a refund is processed.
